Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our ERP PMO, with junior-level hands-on ERP delivery experience and SAP knowledge considered a strong plus.

You will handle onboarding, meeting management, artifact maintenance, and RAID log upkeep while supporting data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in administrative/PMO support for ERP projects is required.
• Familiarity with SAP/S4HANA a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day admin and coordination support for the ERP PMO across project lifecycles.
• Maintain RAID log, action trackers, decision logs, and status reports.
• Prepare project docs, meeting materials, and governance artifacts.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and open items; follow up on actions.
• Coordinate data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Coordinate onboarding and resource tracking for employees/consultants.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and distribute actions.
• Manage logistics for meetings (rooms, video conf, invites).
• Maintain SharePoint/docs repositories; assist with dashboards and reporting.
