Qualifications

• Active PMP certification.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience leading multiple full-lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Ability to work onsite in Springfield, MA at least three days per week.
• Experience with governance, RAID management, budgeting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP and enterprise systems projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, technical, and operational teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status updates.
• Manage relationships with software vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Establish accountability across project teams and ensure commitments are met.
• Oversee RAID management, budgeting, resource planning, and executive reporting.
• Support data conversion, integrations, testing, training, and change management activities.
• Ensure project objectives align with business priorities and strategic goals.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining delivery timelines and quality.
