Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an ERP Finance Manager to lead a major enterprise system implementation and become the ongoing owner of the platform. This role will partner with leadership across Accounting, Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Projects to ensure a successful rollout and lasting value.

Post-implementation, you will drive reporting enhancements, process improvements, and user adoption across the organization, acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership and multiple business

My client, a highly regarded professional services firm, is seeking an ERP Finance Manager to join their team in a newly created position reporting directly to the CFO.

This individual will lead a major enterprise system implementation that will impact Accounting, Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Project Management. The role will oversee the migration process from planning through execution, working closely with internal leadership and external consultants to ensure a successful rollout.

Following implementation, this person will become the long-term owner and subject matter expert for the platform, responsible for driving reporting enhancements, process improvements, user adoption, and system optimization across the organization.

This is a rare opportunity to build a role from the ground up and become a key business partner across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP or financial system implementations, strong project management skills, and the ability to partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions. An accounting or finance foundation is preferred, but the client is open to individuals who are highly systems-focused and have a track record of leading complex implementations.

This is a newly created role driven by a strategic company initiative and offers significant visibility with senior leadership. Compensation ranges from $140,000-$170,000 plus a strong benefits package. This position is fully onsite in New York City.
