Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an ERP Finance Manager to lead a major enterprise system implementation and become the ongoing owner of the platform. This role will partner with leadership across Accounting, Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Projects to ensure a successful rollout and lasting value.

Post-implementation, you will drive reporting enhancements, process improvements, and user adoption across the organization, acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership and multiple business

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or financial system implementations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Accounting or finance foundation preferred, but open to highly systems-focused candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major enterprise system implementation affecting Accounting, Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Project Management.
• Oversee migration from planning through execution with internal leadership and external consultants.
• Serve as long-term owner and SME for the platform after implementation, driving reporting enhancements and process improvements.
• Improve user adoption and system optimization across the organization.
• Build a strong business partner relationship with senior leadership across departments.
