Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• EIT certification is preferred.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• US driver's license and US work authorization.
• Ability to work independently and in interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong technical skills with 2D CAD software familiarity.
• Experience preparing design documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design engineering systems for overhead and subsurface utilities.
• Develop creative solutions for electrical, structural, civil, and construction challenges.
• Manage all phases of the design lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Prepare detailed documents using AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS, and asset platforms.
• Analyze topo, utility atlas, field sketches, and datasheets.
• Coordinate with internal staff, clients, and partners to meet milestones.
• Travel as needed, typically less than 25%.
