Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking an Associate Desktop Engineer to implement and manage endpoint technologies within its Corporate IT Infrastructure. The role supports Intune administration, device enrollment, application deployments, and policy enforcement, while assisting senior engineers with projects and modernization efforts.

The junior engineer will maintain endpoint records, troubleshoot escalated issues, and contribute to documentation and handoffs.

Qualifications

0–3 years of experience in desktop support or endpoint administration.
Familiarity with Windows and macOS and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Intune concepts.
Foundational knowledge of desktop hardware and identity concepts.
Ability to follow documented standards, plans, and escalation paths.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Implement, administer, and support company-endpoint technologies per architecture and standards.
Perform junior-level Intune administration: enrollment, assignments, deployments, profiles, and maintenance.
Monitor device compliance, deployment status, and troubleshoot failures; escalate when needed.
Assist testing and implementation of Intune profiles, policies, apps, and security settings.
Support Windows Autopilot and device provisioning processes; document procedures.
Provide endpoint troubleshooting for Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365 identities; escalate as needed.
Handle routine Active Directory/Entra ID tasks and license assignments; support access.
Document configurations, runbooks, knowledge bases; support project initiatives.
