Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking an Associate Desktop Engineer in Dallas, TX to implement and support endpoint technologies across the corporate IT infrastructure. You will work from established designs to manage Intune enrollment, device compliance, and application deployment while assisting with identity tasks in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.

The role emphasizes hands-on growth, documenting procedures, supporting device provisioning, and escalating architectural decisions to senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or related field required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 0-3 years in desktop support or endpoint administration or hands-on labs.
• Solid knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with device provisioning, security settings, and configuration profiles.
• Ability to follow documented standards and escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement endpoint configurations and deployments using established standards.
• Perform Microsoft Intune administration: enrollment, groups, deployments, and maintenance.
• Monitor device compliance, enrollment health, and application install results; escalate issues.
• Test and implement Intune profiles, policies, and endpoint security settings under supervision.
• Support Windows Autopilot and other provisioning processes; document results and fixes.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and identity issues.
