Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical engineering from an accredited program.
• ABET accreditation strongly preferred.
• Internship or related consulting experience preferred.
• Minimum GPA around 3.0 preferred.
• Able to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist electrical design of projects from conceptual phase through design completion.
• Assist with modifying and reviewing production drawings for a variety of facilities.
• Help design electrical components per project manager requirements.
• Apply basic electrical engineering techniques, principles and procedures.
• Assist with research and data collection for project managers.
• Update drawings in CAD software under supervision.
• Assist with client presentations, shop drawing review, and contract administration.
• Assist in field inspections, measurements or calculations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
