Job summary

NorthHill Technology in Lorton, VA seeks a Junior eDiscovery Analyst to support legal professionals under the EDRM framework. You will work with Relativity, Clearwell, and Concordance to identify, preserve, collect, and produce ESI, while maintaining data integrity and chain of custody, and generating data analyses.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with 24 CS/engineering/math credits and 1–3 years of eDiscovery experience. US citizenship and Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 24 credit hours in computer science, engineering, or mathematics; or equivalent eDiscovery experience.
• 1–3 years of eDiscovery experience with Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance, or comparable tools.
• Must pass a laboratory-defined skills test prior to start.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance to identify, preserve, collect, and produce ESI.
• Manage eDiscovery production and prepare data analysis reports.
• Ensure proper data handling procedures and chain of custody.
• Ingest, integrate, and organize native files in Relativity-based workflows.
• Maintain daily client contact and work under court deadline pressure.
• Identify data quality issues and provide testimony as needed.
