Job summary

Infotrend, Inc. seeks a Junior eDiscovery Analyst to support legal teams under the EDRM framework.

You will use Relativity, Clearwell, and Concordance to identify, preserve, collect, and produce ESI, maintain chain of custody, and document workflows. You will handle ingestion to archiving, conduct complex Boolean searches, load native files from digital media, maintain daily client contact, and prepare data analysis reports in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 24 credit hours in computer science, engineering, or mathematics; exceptional candidates may qualify with equivalent experience in digital forensics or eDiscovery.
• Experience requirement: 1–4 years; contract requires <3 years; familiarity with Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance, or other enterprise tools.
• Must pass a laboratory-defined skills test prior to starting; ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
• U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance, or other enterprise tools to manage eDiscovery workflows.
• Ensure complete and accurate project documentation is created and maintained.
• Identify, preserve, collect, and produce ESI in response to discovery requests.
• Manage eDiscovery production and prepare data analysis reports.
• Maintain data handling procedures and chain of custody.
• Assist with ingestion to archiving of eDiscovery data.
• Conduct complex Boolean searches and generate reports in Relativity.
• Load and organize native files from digital media into Relativity.
• Maintain daily client contact in deadline-driven environments.
• Address data quality issues and provide expert testimony as needed.
