Job summary

Aone Talent in Lorton, VA is seeking a Junior eDiscovery Analyst to support the EDRM workflow. You will use Relativity, Clearwell and Concordance to process ESI, preserve data, and produce documentation under court deadlines.

Responsibilities include ingestion, loading native files from digital media, performing complex Boolean searches, and generating reports. A Bachelor’s degree with 24 CS/engineering/math credits is required; equivalent experience in digital forensics is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 24 credit hours in CS/engineering/math.
• Equivalent years in digital forensics or eDiscovery acceptable.
• Experience with Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance, or other enterprise tools.
• Maintain complete project documentation.
• Identify, preserve, collect, and produce ESI in response to discovery requests.
• Manage eDiscovery production and data analysis reports.
• Ensure proper data handling procedures and chain of custody.
• Assist with ingestion to data archiving in eDiscovery.
• Conduct complex Boolean searches and generate reports.
