Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and support University of Maryland wired and wireless networks.
• Provide edge network support to faculty, staff, and students (jack activations, copper/optical connections, switching, AP troubleshooting).
• Manage DHCP/DNS services and VPN troubleshooting; assist with network deployment and replacement.
• Coordinate with NOC functions and use network management systems to ensure reliable services.
