Job summary

Bot Auto is hiring a Junior E/E Architecture & Electrical Systems Engineer to design, integrate, and validate production-intent vehicle electrical architectures for autonomous systems. You will contribute to in-vehicle network topology, ECU integration, pinout definitions, and power distribution under senior guidance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in automotive-grade in-vehicle network architecture design.
• Experience with centralized, domain-based, or zonal E/E architectures and high-performance compute integration.
• Familiar with CAN/CAN-FD and Automotive Ethernet concepts such as topology, bandwidth, latency, diagnostics, and communication matrices.
• Ability to define pinouts and wiring harness considerations.
• Exposure to ISO 26262-oriented processes and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Support the vehicle E/E architecture lifecycle from concept through production release and field support.
• Define and document scalable architectures across centralized computers, domain controllers, gateways, and edge ECUs.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts including diagrams, functional allocation, interface control documents, and pinouts.
• Contribute to trade studies on bandwidth, latency, safety, cybersecurity, and cost.
