Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) specializing in system engineering and information technology. The Senior Program / Project / Management Analyst will drive strategic program analysis for the H-53 retrofit program at NAS Patuxent River, overseeing ECPs, TDs, and data workflows to preserve and upgrade naval aviation capabilities.

Qualifications

Requires DoD Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
Master's degree (MA/MS) from an accredited institution.
10+ years of progressive experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, or project management.
Elite technical writing capabilities and cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, logistics, and contracting teams.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Technical Directives (TDs).
Analyze Integrated Master Plans (IMPs) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to identify critical paths.
Evaluate program requirements and DoD contract structures to assess risks.
Assess budgets and technical requirements across acquisition and sustainment lifecycles.
Enforce government processes for configuration control and documentation routing.
