Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Jr. Process Transformation Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives for DHS and related agencies. You will help design and implement automation capabilities, data analytics, and change management within cross-functional teams, primarily using the Power Platform.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in analytics or process improvement, plus experience with Power Platform. Active or higher DHS Public Trust clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in business analytics or process improvement.
• 1+ years' experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).

Responsibilities

• Support client transformation efforts with digital initiatives.
• Develop automation capabilities, processes and procedures to improve security effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Assist in program support for process automation, data analytics and change management.
