Responsibilities include analyzing processes, gathering requirements, developing process maps and SOPs, producing dashboards and executive reports, and drafting policy memos for senior DHS leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1+ years in business analysis or strategy support.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements and developing stakeholder recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, workflows, and operations to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements through stakeholder engagement and analysis.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, user guides, and recommendations to modernize operations.
• Collect and analyze data to create insights, metrics, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Conduct policy and strategic analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Draft policy memos, executive correspondence, and briefing materials for DHS leadership.
• Support policy development and track initiatives across DHS offices and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with DHS components to drive collaboration and execution of initiatives.
