Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Sr. Data Analytics Consultant to support Homeland Security and Federal Law Enforcement clients in improving mission operations and advancing digital transformation initiatives.

The role blends consulting, process improvement, and technical delivery across analytics, BI, automation, and low-code solutions. You will lead requirements gathering, analyze data, develop dashboards in Power BI, design Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, and present findings to senior client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, analytics, or technology transformation.
Intermediate proficiency in Python and/or Power BI dashboard development.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.

Responsibilities

Evaluate business processes and operational workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and discovery meetings.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations using Power BI.
Design Power Apps solutions to streamline data collection and workflow reporting.
Develop Power Automate workflows to automate processes and improve data quality.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and documentation.
Define KPIs and metrics to support mission and organizational objectives.
Present findings and recommended solutions to client leadership and program stakeholders.
Collaborate with client teams and project managers to ensure delivery and adoption.
