Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in ASIC/SoC design or verification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scan insertion and integration of DFT features.
• Support hierarchical DFT integration for multi-channel HBM structures.
• Run and debug DFT checks like scan DRC and X-propagation.
