Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc in Richardson, Texas, is looking for an entry-level Design Engineer to join the Design for Test (DFT) Engineering team. This position will involve supporting the design, simulation, and validation of DFT structures within High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and have some familiarity with digital design fundamentals. Opportunities for professional growth will be available through collaborations with experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in ASIC/SoC design or verification.
• Basic understanding of sequential logic, clocks/resets.
• Familiarity with test access mechanisms like JTAG.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scan insertion and integration of DFT features.
• Run and debug DFT checks such as scan DRC and chain integrity.
• Collaborate with RTL and Product/Test Engineering teams.
