Job summary

1000 Micron Technology, Inc. is looking for an entry-level engineer to join their Design for Test team in Richardson, Texas. In this role, you'll contribute to testability and quality for next-generation High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products, assisting with DFT structures and integration.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and a passion for digital design. Micron offers a comprehensive benefits package to support employee well-being.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience or relevant internship/research experience in ASIC/SoC design, DFT, or verification.
• Basic understanding of digital design fundamentals including sequential logic, clocks/resets, and timing concepts.
• Ability to support DFT implementation, validation, and debug tasks in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scan insertion and integration of DFT features including test modes and clocks.
• Support hierarchical DFT integration for multi-channel HBM structures.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve integration issues and participate in build reviews.
