Job summary

Micron Technology in Richardson, TX is seeking a New College Grad Design Engineer (DFT) to help implement scan and DFT features in next‑gen HBM designs. You will assist with test modes, clocks, resets, and IJTAG integration, while learning from experienced engineers to contribute to silicon bring-up and yield ramp.

The role targets 0–3 years of ASIC/SoC experience with a foundation in SystemVerilog/Verilog and digital design. A BS/MS in EE/CE is required and AI-enabled tools exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 0–3 years of ASIC/SoC design, DFT, or verification experience or internships.
• Familiarity with RTL concepts and digital design fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scan insertion and DFT feature integration for HBM designs.
• Support test modes, clocks, resets, and IJTAG/P1500 functionality.
• Run DFT checks and debug issues; collaborate with RTL, DV, and PD teams.
