Job summary

alexanderwang llc. is seeking a Jr. Developer, Denim to support the Sr. Manager, Product Development, Denim & Unisex. You will drive development workflows, coordinate tech packs, manage samples, and maintain accurate product data to ensure styles meet brand standards.

You will work closely with design and development partners, assist in technical reviews, track samples, and help ensure production readiness for launch. Strong organization and vendor communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product development, preferably denim; end-to-end from proto through SMS approval.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn PLM systems such as RLM.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sr. Design Director on development milestones and sample calendars.
• Coordinate wash standards, lab dips, and submissions for approvals.
• Review proto and SMS tech packs for accuracy and completeness.
• Support sampling and vendor management, including coordinating with factories and trims.
• Assist in tracking and resolving quality and construction issues during development.
