Job summary

Alexander Wang is seeking a Jr. Developer, Denim to support the Sr. Manager, Product Development in driving denim category development from proto to production readiness.

The role coordinates tech packs, samples, data management, and vendor relationships to ensure styles meet brand standards. The candidate will work with design and development partners to streamline workflows and prepare for production launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of product development experience, preferably denim.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and PLM systems such as RLM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day partner to Sr. Design Director for development milestones and calendars.
• Assist in gathering wash and development feedback from design for factories.
• Maintain design boards with current fabric and wash details.
