Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customers and outside sales reps, providing timely support.
• Learn products, processes, and systems to assist with customer inquiries.
• Handle pricing, product, inventory, order status, freight, lead times, and claims questions.
• Process orders, prepare quotes, and assist with bid opportunities while ensuring accuracy.
• Track orders from placement to delivery and communicate updates to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet customer needs and outcomes.
• Document customer interactions and maintain ERP records efficiently.
• Suggest improvements to the customer experience and internal processes.
