Job summary

Flowdesk seeks a Junior Sales Professional to join our New York team and grow our client base across North America. You will originate, onboard and manage clients across OTC spot, derivatives, market making, and credit, reporting to the Head of Sales North America.

You will support the full sales lifecycle, coordinate onboarding with legal/compliance, and help drive pipeline and revenue. English fluency is mandatory; crypto knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales, business development, trading, research or client coverage.
• Solid crypto concepts: wallets, blockchains, tokenomics, trading mechanics.
• Experience with market making, OTC execution and crypto credit products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support across full lifecycle: prospect research, pitch prep, onboarding, account management.
• Research token projects, foundations and exchanges for mandates; assist KPI benchmarking.
• Support OTC trading relationships with various client types and liaise with trading desk.
• Assist lending/borrowing opportunities; prepare client information for risk reviews.
• Maintain pipeline, activity and revenue tracking in Salesforce; produce reports.
• Coordinate onboarding with legal/compliance; manage KYC docs and agreements.
• Prepare pitch decks, client presentations and market updates tailored to clients.
• Represent Flowdesk at industry conferences; support lead generation and follow‑up.
• Feed feedback to sales, product and trading teams on market trends and competitors.
