Delta Exchange is seeking a skilled Flow Trader to oversee crypto derivatives, including futures and options. You will manage risk and liquidity within the US trading window and extract insights to support trading decisions.

The role requires a strong foundation in derivatives, quantitative research, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, or related field required.
• Proficiency with statistical coding languages (R, Python) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives (futures and options) and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage risk and positions for the flow trading desk during US hours.
• Research market intelligence and liquidity trends in crypto derivatives.
• Implement strict risk controls and evaluate positions and theses.
• Monitor orderbooks to ensure liquidity and depth.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
