Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. in Russellville, AR, is seeking a dedicated applicator to apply products safely and accurately to labeled crops and sites based on manager/salesperson recommendations.

You will operate and maintain company equipment and help build strong customer relations at the location. This position offers opportunities for advancement toward a Custom Applicator role, requires state certification, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; may be offset by experience.
• Valid driver’s license; must meet Motor Vehicle Review per policy.
• Must obtain and maintain required state commercial applicator certification as required by state.
• May be asked to obtain and maintain an Ag CDL.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality application of dry fertilizer products and lime to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Utilize the information supplied and the technology in the application equipment to ensure correct products at right rates for fields and customers.
• Assist in mixing, loading, unloading, and transporting crop protection and fertilizer products.
• Follow all laws, regulations, and safety rules (including PPE) for handling and applying products.
• Maintain appropriate equipment safety logs and calibrations; perform preventive maintenance as recommended.
• Comply with regulatory guidelines in rinsing and washing down both in the field and at the location.
• Assist team with operational scouting, product transportation and services for customers.
• Overtime as the season demands.
