Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a Custom Applicator at our Indiana location to apply products safely and accurately to labeled crops under manager guidance.

This role involves operating and maintaining application equipment, building customer relations, and providing field condition feedback. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain state commercial applicator certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; experience may offset.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Review.
• Must obtain state commercial applicator certification.
• May be asked to obtain Ag CDL.
• Familiar with crop chemicals and farming practices.

Responsibilities

• Apply dry fertilizer and lime safely and efficiently.
• Assist in mixing, loading, unloading, and transporting products.
• Perform calibration and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain safety equipment and logs; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with scouting, product transport and customer services.
• Follow OSHA and DOT policies and procedures.
• Perform daily inspections of equipment before field applications.
