Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a dependable Custom Applicator to apply products safely to labeled crops across multiple sites. You will operate and maintain equipment, build customer relations, and report field conditions to managers.

The role offers growth toward a leadership track based on annual performance. The job requires a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and state commercial applicator certification; Ag CDL is also required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply dry fertilizer and lime safely and efficiently.
• Use equipment tech to apply correct products at right rates.
• Assist in mixing, loading, unloading, and transporting products.
• Follow safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Maintain applicator certifications and logs.
• Inspect equipment daily before/after field work.
• Calibrate and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Rinse and wash equipment per guidelines.
• Support team with scouting and product transport.
• Work overtime as seasons demand.
