Responsibilities

• Execute Campaigns: Build and schedule retention journeys and look into marketing automation workflows using platforms such as Bloomreach and Builder.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Content, Design, Loyalty, and Customer Support teams to align retention activities with brand campaigns.
• Troubleshoot Campaigns: Assist in troubleshooting CRM workflows and identifying process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Customer Service: Work with the CS team to help improve the customer experience for those asking for additional rewards.
