Mammoth Brands is seeking a hungry, curious Junior Creative Strategist to partner with our Head of Creative/Growth Director. Own the full creative planning cycle from insights to briefs, leading monthly sessions and piloting AI tools to accelerate concepting.

You’ll translate data into briefs, collaborate with growth and social teams, and stay customer-focused to drive performance across platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, brand or growth marketing, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in Meta Ads Manager or similar performance platforms.
• Exposure to direct-response or performance advertising.
• Familiarity with short-form video formats on TikTok/Instagram Reels.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Basic editing literacy (CapCut, Premiere) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full monthly creative planning cycle — run brainstorming and planning sessions, bring the data, drive the ideas, and leave with a plan the team can execute against.
• Translate performance insights into a structured monthly plan with clear territory and style splits.
• Build high-level briefs for editors and production — clear enough that the team can move with confidence.
• Lead monthly Creative Insight Analytics sessions and partner with growth and creative leadership.
• Act as a cross-functional partner to social commerce and TikTok teams — syncing on creative needs.
• Study competitor creative and customer reviews; start briefs from genuine customer insights.
• Pick up new tools quickly and build light workflows to speed concepting and briefing.
• Support Trybe with creative briefs and strategic direction.
