Job summary

Mammoth Brands in SoHo, NYC, seeks a Senior Associate, Full‑Funnel Growth Creative who owns the complete loop from insights to asset production across three brands (Harry’s, Flamingo and Lume). You’ll combine performance marketing, content creation, and AI‑assisted workflows to drive measurable growth.

You’ll collaborate with Growth, Makers and Supply Chain, produce 5+ new concepts weekly, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or growth creative.
• Hands-on with paid social platforms (Meta/TikTok): campaign setup, optimization, reporting.
• Proficiency with creative production tools: Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Mine performance data and trends to identify opportunities.
• Write creative briefs translating consumer truth into direction.
• Ideate and script 5+ concepts per week; shoot/edit when needed.
• Produce assets across formats: video, static, UGC; end-to-end ownership.
• Run traffic campaigns across paid social and optimize daily.
