Job summary

Mammoth Brands, a modern CPG company, is hiring a Senior Associate, Full-Funnel Growth Creative in New York. You will own end-to-end creative for three brands, from strategy through asset production to media deployment.

The role blends marketing, content creation, and data-driven optimization to drive rapid growth. You will work with Upstream Innovation, Brand Marketing, Growth, Makers, and Supply Chain, using AI tools to accelerate asset production and inform testing.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, growth creative, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel creative loop: ideation, asset creation, and trafficking across three brands.
• Produce assets in formats: video, static, UGC-style, and light motion with end-to-end ownership.
• Run traffic campaigns across paid social channels; daily optimization and learnings reporting.
• Translate performance insights into iterative creative and future briefs.
