• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive construction experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with scheduling software (Procore, Textura, Bluebeam) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partial project ownership including preparation of construction documents.
• Manage project schedule with PM/Superintendent and input from subs.
• Control project budget and cost tracking; issue subcontracts terms.
• Assist with buyout and submittal logistics; maintain logs.
• Prepare and issue change orders and budget revisions.
• Support monthly applications for payment and close-out activities.
