Job summary

Rosendin Electric is hiring an Assistant Project Manager in Anaheim, CA. This entry-level role supports the Project Management team with administrative duties, document control, and coordination on active construction sites.

You will help manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and logs, while supporting contract paperwork and Owner/ Maintenance Manuals. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods.
• Professional demeanor with ability to interact with managers, employees, vendors and clients.
• Strong organizational, record-keeping and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and maintain logs.
• Prepare and process change orders, submittals and drawings logs.
• Create and issue subcontractors’ contracts and Owner/ Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure adherence to quality control plan and coordination with field personnel.
