Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an experienced Construction Project Coordinator in Sarasota, FL to oversee end-to-end delivery of residential and small commercial projects. You will coordinate estimates, subcontractors, scheduling, client communications, and field execution to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

Responsibilities include multi-project coordination, reading drawings and specs, managing change orders, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with codes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects concurrently in construction.
• Excellent communication with clients and subcontractors.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications and scopes of work.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end projects across pre-construction, active construction, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; sequence trades to avoid conflicts.
• Assist in estimating, takeoffs, and subcontractor pricing coordination.
• Source, vet, and manage subcontractors; communicate scope and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, change orders, and compliance with codes.
