Job summary

Blue Signal LLC seeks a construction-savvy Project Coordinator to support several commercial projects across Central Florida. This hands-on role partners with project leaders from planning to closeout, and offers growth toward Project Engineer or Assistant PM roles.

You will manage contract drawings, schedules, and action items, coordinate RFIs and submittals, and maintain records in Procore or similar tools, while assisting with subcontract documentation and early-stage estimating.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Excellent organization and follow-through for multiple active projects.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications and connect docs to field work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFIs and submittals to ensure timely responses and distribution.
• Maintain project records, logs, drawings, and correspondence in Procore or similar system.
• Assist with subcontract and contract documentation through to completion.
• Support estimating/preconstruction by organizing bid information and coordinating with trade partners.
