Job summary

7-Eleven in Irving, TX seeks a Junior Compensation Analyst to support the Compensation team with analysis, processing payments and reporting. You will help maintain reports, run incentive calculations and assist with special projects while handling sensitive compensation data with integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Business or Finance preferred), strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and solid communication.

• Bachelor's Degree. Degree in Business or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular reports, trackers and databases.
• Contribute to building new reports, trackers and databases related to HR & compensation.
• Perform incentive calculations.
• Process payments.
• Assist the Compensation team with projects and special reports.
• Handle sensitive and confidential compensation or financial data.
• Research and analyze market/salary data.
• Maintain job descriptions and ensure they accurately reflect the roles within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned within human resources & compensation.
