Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Jr. Compensation Analyst to provide analytical support to the Compensation team and help administer compensation programs. You will analyze data, assist with reporting, and provide recommendations to align with the company’s business strategy.

Key responsibilities include building reports, performing incentive calculations, processing payments, and handling confidential data with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance (preferred).
• Strong Excel skills are required.
• Ability to handle sensitive data confidentially with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular reports, trackers and databases.
• Build new reports, trackers and databases related to HR & compensation.
• Perform incentive calculations.
• Process payments.
• Assist the Compensation team with projects and special reports.
• Handle sensitive and confidential compensation or financial data.
• Research and analyze market/salary data.
• Maintain job descriptions reflecting current roles.
• Perform other duties within human resources & compensation.
