Job summary

7-Eleven in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Enterprise Capital FP&A to support consolidation and financial management of complex capital programs. You will partner with project teams, FP&A, and senior leaders to manage budgets, build models, and provide insights to support business decisions.

• 3–5+ years of financial planning, analysis, or financial management experience.
• Strong financial modeling, business case development, and analysis skills.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance teams.
• Experience with data and reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python, R, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
• Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented with a willingness to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly spend analysis, and variance analysis.
• Lead financial modeling and business case development for enterprise initiatives.
• Validate capital investments and evaluate financial returns across the project portfolio.
