You will maintain reports, assist with market data, and help keep job descriptions current, while handling confidential information with discretion. Bachelor's degree and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular reports, trackers and databases.
• Contribute to building new reports, trackers and databases related to HR & compensation.
• Perform incentive calculations.
• Process payments.
• Assist the Compensation team with projects and special reports.
• Handle sensitive and confidential compensation or financial data.
• Research and analyze market/salary data.
• Maintain job descriptions and ensure they accurately reflect the roles within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned within human resources & compensation.
