Content Creators in Daytona Beach is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to help lead daily operations, strengthen resident relations, and support leasing, financial, and administrative functions at our premier multifamily community.

You will partner with the Community Manager, manage leasing activities, monitor occupancy, and ensure compliance while delivering outstanding resident experiences. A high school diploma and 2+ years in leasing or hospitality are required, with weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and 2+ years in leasing, sales or hospitality preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven skills in finance, organization, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Availability to work weekends.
• Assist Community Manager to drive daily operations and resident experience.
• Support leasing team performance, training, and operational excellence.
