Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager at our Daytona Beach property to oversee all leasing and marketing activities. You will work closely with the Community Manager to set goals and develop a strategic plan to meet occupancy targets.

Lead the leasing team to close deals and ensure positive resident relations. You will manage marketing efforts, budget development, and program execution while maintaining property standards and market knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s housing industry experience.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property and work with the Community Manager.
• Lead the leasing team to achieve budgeted occupancy and conduct effective showings.
• Audit lease files, ensure policy adherence, and maintain resident relations.
• Develop retention programs and implement marketing campaigns to drive traffic.
