Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering from an accredited program.
• General understanding of building systems across disciplines with knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, instrumentation, or building envelope.
• Knowledge of codes, guidelines and standards related to commissioning, design and construction.
• Experience in engineering calculation programs and ability to learn CAD/BIM software.
• Valid driver’s license and state required vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate system test procedures for commissioning.
• Organize user training sessions and administer functional performance tests.
• Conduct field observations, attend progress meetings, and assist in document control.
