Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and client-facing ability.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams through design and construction.
• ABET-accredited BS in Engineering or Architecture is required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as opportunities arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects hands-on and manage commissioning process from concept to occupancy.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure project alignment with budget and scope.
• Supervise interviews and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers.
• Provide high-level client service, guidance, and market awareness across healthcare, science & technology, and higher education sectors.
