Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Associate Client Representative to support the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business. Under a lead servicer, you will deliver excellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate policy details in EPIC, creating communications, endorsing policies, and coordinating tasks with the team to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting.
• Able to learn coverage fundamentals.
• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients.
• Seeksto obtain industry information, new product information, coverage, and technology to continuously improveknowledgeperformance.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to follow a well-established and familiar set of activities and/orprocesses to derive a solution.
• Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure effective, timely, and efficient service delivery.
• Works to achieve statedobjectivesanddeliversresultsatthe close direction of a senior team member.

Responsibilities

• Support lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business to meet client needs.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Leverage templates and system letters to produce standard client communications to clients and carriers.
• Endorse policy in EPIC.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
• Order loss runs.
