World Insurance Associates is seeking an Associate Client Representative to support a busy Commercial Lines book. Under a lead servicer, you will deliver excellent client service to external and internal clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include maintaining account details in EPIC, preparing communications to clients and carriers, and coordinating tasks with team members. A HS diploma and 0-2 years’ property & casualty experience are typical for applicants.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame

Responsabilités

• Supports lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Produce standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and system letters
• Endorse policy in EPIC
• Create activities in EPIC and assign team members
• Order loss runs
