Job summary

Lennox National Account Services, part of Lennox International, is hiring an entry‑level HVAC technician for commercial systems. You will support installation, maintenance and service tasks, working with a team to ensure reliable operation and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, HVAC trade school background and EPA/NATE certifications where possible. Overtime and weekend work may be expected as training and growth opportunities unfold.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HVAC trade school graduate strongly preferred with GPA and attendance.
• 1+ years in mechanical support role; HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Use technical abilities to maintain HVAC systems.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Work safely and follow all safety measures daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned; flexibility to overtime and weekends.
