Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking entry-level technicians to support installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, routine repairs, and calibrations while ensuring customer satisfaction in a team setting.

This role requires a willingness to travel, lift up to 90 lbs, climb ladders, and work overtime as needed. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, HVAC trade school training, and EPA Type I/II or

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• HVAC trade school graduate preferred with strong attendance.
• 1+ years in mechanical support role; some HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification - Type I & II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders; moderate lifting up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site preventive maintenance and routine repairs.
• Calibrate and service HVAC systems after installation.
• Maintain systems using technical abilities and troubleshoot equipment.
• Work in a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to daily safety procedures and paperwork requirements.
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend work as needed.

Education
