Job summary

Invited is seeking a Cook 1 to join our hospitality team. You will set up your station, prep and store items, and maintain cleanliness while supporting cooks higher in the kitchen. You will learn and adapt while delivering consistent food quality and presentation to our members and guests.

You will work under the guidance of experienced chefs, contribute to team operations, and help ensure smooth kitchen functions during service, including handling last-minute requests with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, execute daily prep tasks, and organize workstation efficiently.
• Prepare and store all food items for the station per standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation of menu items.
• Receive and store goods as requested by kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and kitchen.
• Communicate needs or issues with Chef and team.
• Interact professionally with members and guests and handle requests.
• Support team and deliver the 3-steps of service.
